Just a little known fact that I had been struggling to find out. I couldn't get it to work (using v7) so I was quite happy to see that v11 worked, v10 didn't and that v11 was free.

If you don't have the VCR key, it's time to go to the library, find a CD and get the DVD. It's a free DVD that came with a bunch of software. If you still have your Windows CD, you'll need to download it again, but this time use MediaCreationTool as your downloader (download the Japanese version if you have a Japanese Windows CD).
Pleural effusion and nonpulmonary complications of community-acquired pneumonia in hospitalized patients.
To examine whether and to what extent pleural effusions are associated with nonpulmonary complications of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). CAP is associated with high morbidity and mortality. Although nonpulmonary complications can occur in patients with pneumonia, the frequency and impact of these complications are largely unknown. The charts of patients with CAP admitted to the medical or surgical services of a 350-bed community teaching hospital from July 1998 to June 2002 were reviewed. CAP was defined as the presence of at least two clinical criteria of pneumonia, or a new infiltrate on chest radiography plus laboratory and/or sputum findings consistent with pneumonia. Demographics, comorbid conditions, clinical and radiographic findings, laboratory data, and culture and treatment results were abstracted. Two hundred ninety-two patients were enrolled. Patients with a positive sputum culture for Streptococcus pneumoniae (n = 166) were more likely to have pleural effusions (21% vs. 7%; p be359ba680
